Evanna Chocolates is in the business of providing goods and services that contribute to creating a special occasion.

We endeavor to communicate through our chocolates a true chocolate sensory experience.  Consequently, we use only nature's freshest and finest ingredients.  Through our process of continuous improvement, we incorporate best practices and are passionate about our continue development in chocolate artistry.  Working in small production runs to maximize creative opportunities and quality results; we are chocolate artisans.

Our Maitre Chocolatier, Yvonne Geter, is the grand-daughter of a chef and cook.  Having formally studied chocolate and chocolate truffle-making in France and Vancouver, Yvonne received her Maitre Chocolatier certification from the Ecole Chocolat in 2004.
