Working in small production runs to maximize creative opportunities and quality results; we are chocolate artisans.
Our Maitre Chocolatier, Yvonne Geter, is the grand-daughter of a chef and cook. Having formally studied chocolate and chocolate truffle-making in France and Vancouver, Yvonne received her Maitre Chocolatier certification from the Ecole Chocolat in 2004.
